Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund processed.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To return your product, you should email us for the correct return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Visionary minds have a no questions asked money back guarantee on all paid events subject to the following conditions:

  • The request for a refund is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • It is more than 14 days before the event start date.
  • All agreed refunds will be honoured within 7 days following the event end date.
  • All Visionary Minds event tickets are transferable to another person or date subject to £5 admin fee. Please contact to inform us of any changes.
  • Refunds need to be received in writing via email at
  •  If due to unforeseen circumstances the event is cancelled or postponed and you can’t attend the new date Visionary Minds will issue you with a full refund minus any payment processing fees incurred as a result of your payment method. Unless you have transferred your ticket from a different date.

Visionary Minds reserves the right to make changes to any items on the agenda without prior notice but we will do our best to inform you of any changes.

All purchased tickets will remain at the purchase price but Visionary Minds reserves the right to change the price of the event at any time.
